I had been to a few kitchen improvement business’s prior to finding The Kitchen Factory Subiaco by chance.  Without any referrals it was a bit of risk but once we met with Sue Jansen of The Kitchen Factory Subiaco at our home, I knew immediately we had found the right person.  Sue has been in the business for many years and her experience in design was just what we were looking for.  There was no selling or product talk, just helpful ideas and suggestions.  Once we settled on the design it was all go and within a few weeks the trade staff  were on site.  Everything went like clockwork.  The trades arrived on time, were courteous at all times and left the place tidy each night throughout installation.  Absolutely no complaints.  It has now been 6 weeks since the new kitchen was installed and my wife loves it.  It is so much more functional than the old, due to the design and clever use of space.
